André Lamar is a native of Michigan. He was born and raised in the Detroit metro area. He earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Technology from Eastern Michigan University. He began
his post-graduate career working in corporate America- a career spanning over two decades.

In 2012, André Lamar relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. He initially took an interest in theatre, acting as he
began to pursue his passion in the entertainment industry. Later, André Lamar broadened his interests
to include film and tv. André Lamar continues to hone his acting skills by enrolling in ongoing acting
classes. In addition to acting, André Lamar has expanded his career in the entertainment field. His titles

now include writer, director, producer, content creator, and teacher.

André Lamar’s strong work ethic, dedication, and passion have landed him numerous roles. He has
booked roles in Commercials, films and TV shows distributed on major networks such as FOX, NBC,

BET, streaming services, and other similar networks.

Currently, André operates a coaching/ taping service for actors, teaches acting classes for beginners
through intermediate, and co-owns Right Vibes, an apparel brand company. André Lamar is passionate
about giving back to the community. He is a coach, teacher, and mentor dedicated to helping others

reach their goals.
